so i've been looking at this game for a bit. now that i have a character i think would work pretty well with the setting, i hear it's going into endgame.

can anyone tell me if this is true? and if so, is it going to be around long enough to make applying worth it? i know apps open again at the end of this month, im just wondering if i should bother or if i should move onto my second game choice.

afaik we're not going into endgame, we're just going into a new phase. basically we're having beta endgame in the coming week, then after a brief period of hiatus everyone who's continuing into gamma will be pulled from whichever world they're in to the new city.

so if you're into the boat setting, that's not staying, but the game is still going to be around.

ah, groovy. i liked the boat setting but im into the game either way so i'll keep an eye out for information about the new setting whenever it arises.

i have a friend in this game and im really surprised she didnt say anything at all about this because it looks rad as heck. its already better suited to the character i want to app here then the ship was.

like the other anon said, not endgame! just a new phase. i think a lot of people would be really upset if it was going into endgame anytime soon.

im really glad to hear that! people on my plurk who play here are kind of talking like it was going to end soon so i was worried hahah

hahaha I can see how it could come across that way! if you skim past, plotting will probably look a lot like actual endgame because the characters are actually getting a temporary "win" in that they're killing off the current big bad sending themselves home (or even to some other canon if they so desire) until gamma so ICly everyone thinks this is it. oocly most people seem to be reclaiming for gamma so lots of them will be back. :)
