rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Considering apping here, anything I need to know?

look through the comms to see where the majority of the people you want to play with are. you get 'dumped' in one of the havens and while you can easily find a way to travel to another, it makes more sense to be in the area you want to interact with people in than to try to find a reason to go to where they are (if they're not castmates)

don't be afraid to tag out in the network posts. this is great for giving you new cr and for giving your character reasons to get out of the haven they're in and to go explore other havens.

don't be afraid to look past your own medium.

sit out the first event that comes along (unless you got there early enough that you know what's happening) and just watch how everyone else handles it to give you a better idea.

a little late but thanks for the reply anon! And don't worry I tag outside my medium and network posts all the time in games (shouldn't it be a no brainer anyway?).

da, but how's the overall quality of play/drama presence here? There's a few people I'm side-eyeing though I do really like the premise, so that wouldn't necessarily keep me from apping.

the game is largely drama-free, the mods are pretty quick to speak to or even remove any serious troublemakers (in extreme cases) before they can do any damage.
