I'm considering playing a character from this, but I stopped following canon partway through Deicide. Did I miss anything potentially important if my character was already dead by that point?

If there's anything new that I do need to incorporate, could you point me at specific arcs/chapters/points? Canon review is already going to be imposing enough already, since I haven't been able to find any resources indexing character appearances.

Yes, but that doesn't guarantee Kubo won't drop setting/mechanics details that might be relevant. (For example, content from MASKED, more info about vizard Resurrección, etc.) I'm fine with headcanoning things, but I'd prefer not to do that at the expense of actual canon so I wanted to verify that I'm not missing anything.

Tousen was shown in a few flashback chapters recently, along with Aizen and Gin, but we didn't see (hah) anything new.
