in MGS at least you're in good company. I don't think anybody really gets 100% of what's going on.

I've been RPing from various MGS games since 2008 (but have been acquainted with the series for around fifteen years), and there's still some things I don't quite get.

Although it's pretty much an agreed rule that if you're confused by something, it's probably nanomachines.

and thats another thing that'd make me feel insecure.

i started playing the games because of brawl. so im pretty new to it...

Everyone's gotta start somewhere, right? I'm pretty sure no one's going to judge you for being new. And if they do? Well, they're the ones who are dicks.

OP, if you can find a transcription of the MGS4 database online, that might help a lot. It explains a lot of stuff.
