Uhm. Hmmm. Trying to think if I have anyone suitable, if I tried my had at my only aristocratic-born character in my lineup from an earlier part in his timeline where is pretty disgusted with the whole system and generally has good intentions, so he definitely wouldn't be so evil about it...but also might have reason to take on a lower class apprentice, I think?

My younger character suitable for the other role would probably be a little too young at the time this exchange would take place.

You know, I was thinking of something darker for this thing but the idea of it being done for more noble reasons actually really appeals as well!

How young is young? The character I had in mind for the upper class role presents himself as being in that vague 'late teens' stage, so they might be a close enough match in any case.

There would be some darker things involved inherent in the setting, possibly alchemy. I'm all for plenty of buildup relationally before getting down to sex. This particular character has streak for mentoring street delinquents, so I think it might be able to work.

He'd be early teens/preteens young, and that's bumping him up from the canonpoint where he'd be eligible for taking in.

Or, if you'd be willing to flip this whole trope sorely on its subversive end, I could offer up an exiled teenage prince playing at commoner in another kingdom.
