She's also described as resembling Miranda Keyes (http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Miranda_Keyes), so. There is that.

a celebrity recognition site gave me monica belluci for miranda keyes (and a bunch of dudes including nicholas cage for cortana herself so perhaps not the most reliable)
