Oh, I know. It's just would a game accept a Robin Hood as an OC? What about games that don't take OCs at all?

Depends on the game, bro. I've seen some where I'd say yes, others I'd say no. Whether or not the specific game you'd want to app into would accept whatever version of Robin Hood you're aiming for is a question that you'd have to ask the mods there, not us. That said, I think your approach is legitimate as ways of handling the Robin Hood issue goes.
