One of the anons in the last thread mentioned multiples of characters, and that'd work better in a dressing room. Considering most people will own different toys/figures of the same character, it makes sense.

that was me. I think it could work as a very casual game or musebox, too. Like relaxed or no apps, since there can be multiples, but then still have continuity and event-like things could happen sometimes.

suddenly thought that you could play an. idk, UKE!!!11 version of X character and justify it by saying that their owner use it to play her fujoshi fantasies?

then you could play UKE!character against the IC!character for the lulz

That doesn't make any sense. The toys either have literally pre-packaged personalities or their own personalities separate from how their owner views them. That's why Ham isn't really "the evil Doctor Porkchop" when off duty.

in that case you wouldn't need to justify anything, right?

the same way the t-rex didn't behave like you'd expect from a t-rex, you could play a selfish Goku or a shy Vegeta, because that's the personality of the toy rather than the character they represent...

Yeah, true; I guess I'm arguing more against the above anon's specific choice of words with "owner's fantasies".
