Even if you did manage to have characters discuss their limits, most players would try to push the thread towards dub/non-con.

Maybe to make it easier, have the option of a truth serum type thing to have shyer characters loosen their lips during discussion? I have one that would benefit from that.

The forced truth telling option usually always ends up in pages of "I wanna suck a dick!" followed by a paragraph of, as anon just said, "Uwaaa, no don't rape me~~~!! I don't want this, you monster!"

...with characters participating who are all actively and consensually interested in exploring BDSM, I would hope that would filter out a lot of the "uuwaahhhh don't rape meee"
