I just ignored her post entirely. I didn't even bother to read it.

I know the mods made the announcement after her post so it probably was mostly in regards to her, but I wish they had made her delete her post too. She pretty much blatantly ignored the write up.

This. Would have liked to draw it out more what happened instead of all the characters taking the adam are instamonsters.

i wouldn't mind if characters were talking about adam in ways that were icly familiar to them, like how peter did in his post. but now that becky's post is up anyone who at this point is still fascinated by adam's effects look stupid.

there wouldn't be any harm in deleting the post, she can make up for activity in the logs or other posts asking for involvement next time.

Meanwhile the players have characters who ICly know have gone out of their way to get their characters cut off so they don't infodump all of this right out of the gate.

yeah, exactly. look, just because your character has knowledge of rapture (through the write-ups oocly or wherever) doesn't necessarily mean you have to rush the damn thing. i'm ignoring that post because i have plots of my own to run, but i'm annoyed because it's actually ooc of my character to ignore things like that. whatever. i do hope this gets fixed in the end.

leaving it up is making it less believable that people would be interested in ADAM.

And this is why we don't jump to conclusions until the whole thing is settled, kids. Sometimes, it's just an honest mistake that gets corrected.
