MU and Cherche's are adorable- MU basically tries to find Minerva a wyvern mate. And it's hilarious.

Not sure if this was discussed or not, AND DON'T READ IF YOU HAVEN'T DONE THIS PARALOGUE TO PREVENT SPOILERS---

but, was anyone...slightly bothered with Emmeryn being alive? I mean I love her, but her death legit made me think she was really dead for good. And it's hard to ..accept her back? I mean wow I'm glad she's back and living, but it just bothers me a little I guess.

Not to mention the ending says she lives in Ferox unburdened..
I understand her memory and speech have been impaired??? but I'm just so confused and the feels okay

How do you guys feel about it? Your opinions/comments/ do you think it's..canon? Well obvious it's canon. lOl

Not only did she come back after an incredibly moving sacrifice, she just shows up in a village MILES AWAY without any explanation! THEY SAW HER BODY HIT THE GROUND. Wouldn't Chrom have noticed a Plegian solsier breaking her fall??

And then they have the gall to give her ZERO supports except with the resident mary sue...hello? Her siblings? Frederick? It's not like other Spotpass characters who'd have no reason to speak to the Shepherds...

Actually today the Hot Springs DLC came out, where she DOES have conversations with Chrom, Lissa, and Gangrel.

Which is no replacement for supports, but hey, it's something.

It's hard to explain, but I sort of see it and the other paralogues as optional expansion pack canon, although they come as a set. Like, I think if she was meant to have survived the fall in the story they wanted to tell? She would've survived and you wouldn't need to beat the game to recruit her.

I guess like the gate and the Outlands? If you want you can ignore them going about beating up people from previous games and amassing an army of the dead or the random swimsuit interlude. Optional canon.

So given that it just makes me go aw although yes, she needed supports with her family.

these paralogues really just feel like bonuses to me

TBH the things that bothered me the most was that she didn't have Miracle equipped as a skill, she wasn't able to support with Chrom or Lissa, and her one support with MU was flat.

Also, I wanted her to support with Gangrel too.

I personally think the cruelest part is that her profile lists her as 'the hardest to kill in the army.'

The ending up on a random island was weird, but I can also see Gangrel's taunts about dancing around her body as bluffs. And her speech does get progressively better so it's plausible she could go live somewhere low key and get along in life.

And yeah I totally think it's canon given her conversations in the Scramble Pack. But I also completely agree the feels

i like to assume all the people who come back in paralogues are either alternate timeline or essentially risen/empty husks that came back

emm coming back is totally fanbait, though. tragedybait considering her unit death line has it all coming back to her.
man why didn't gangrel get moe fantasy amnesia.
i could deal with her coming back if she wasn't infantilized.

I am utterly disappointed that in the Future Past map doesn't let M!Morgan's father (Henry in my playthrough) have his own special conversation with him while the other fathers do get to talk with their own kids.

Otherwise, pretty awesome map and I'm going to be looking forward to the rest when they're released.

Cynthia and Kjelle's gave me the best/worst bittersweet feels. Poor future kids.

Meanwhile, Aversa and Gangrel spent two conversations slinging insults. Probably my favorite of the comedic ones.
