By taking out the good people I've named, we've got Amy, One, the TARDIS, and the Master left, which is equal to the number of good people I mentioned. Rory, as others have mentioned, can keep threads going but sometimes the mun themself is hard to deal with (I don't know them OOCly though so I can't comment on that), and Oswin has been mentioned as hit or miss as well. As I said, Adric has threaded with me completely a few times but also dropped me quite a bit. Sarah Jane was the only one I didn't know about at all, but other anons have said they don't tag out much either.
So going by all that, 11 and Theta are the only ones left as reliable taggers. That's two people in a 10 person cast (12 with Charley and Ten who are too new to judge), which are not very good stats.
That said, this isn't really mudslinging. Our Who cast is good playing wise, and I'm sure they're very nice people OOCly, they're just very insular, and people like myself are worried that a growing cast will only make that worse.
