dude, if you see/hear/learn enough about a character, it doesn't matter if they're dead, you can app them. In fact, I think I might've seen Walter played before.

The serial killer thing is a little trickier, but with good communication with other people, you could pull it off.

just so you know it's not like he'd still be killing people so I wouldn't be like [pulls out a knife]

his serial killer schtick was that he found 21 people he didn't like and killed them in order basically and carved the numbers into their bodies (he got caught after 10 and killed himself as the 11th and then came back from the dead to kill the rest of them because silent hill)

that's awesome to hear, though! He's not really a standard character so I'm glad someone's pulled it off before.

I read everything else! I'm in fandom I just don't RP at all. plus I have no idea who anyone is by name but I love reading the wank like that guy who was defending rapists as his "alter-ego" or whatever the fuck. that was fun to read.

also when people link to people taking crit badly. that is fun too

I actually came over here when yuu-lin (pokemon fanart) got linked ages and ages ago and she found out and posted a link to here on her twitter and you guys got positively assblasted by her crazy defensive "fans"

open rp and psls sound great, I should look at them instead of dithering around here
