Loose and lose is the one that has always pissed meoff. I feel like there is no excuse when you read the word "lose" everywhere and somehow still spell it "loose"

I see people using "reign" in place of "rein" a lot and it bugs me.

also one's interest cannot be "peeked". it is "piqued".
