Man, the 20's would be my third choice after the Jungle. Im not sure what I would do with it with my character in that one, but Im sure it'd be a lot of fun.

Really I can't see them going wrong with any of the options.

I actually played a little bit of Bioshock 2 today to get a feel for the ambiance and to see some of the tools, etc. in context. If it gets picked (which it... probably will since it's winning by a wide margin), it's gonna be awesome.

Yeah, I can definitely think of plots for my character for any of them, which is a good sign. And they're all well-thought out, so I don't think I'm gonna be disappointed with anything that gets picked.

And can I just say that I love that they're PLAYER proposals? That's a huge kudos to the mods to be willing to transform their musebox into something created by a player and working their stuff into it.

You should definitely play the first one. I heard the two were on sale for 4$ at gamefly if you want them both, though I guess you just said you have 2.

Yep. And speaking of do you know when voting is going to happen again for the Gamma stuff? I can't figure that out and I skimmed the last post to see if there was a date, but nothing doing.

I know exactly what you mean by that. And the fact that they have multiple possible plots they let the playerbase choose from is amazing too. I love it. They really put tons of thought into it.

Mmm. The first one looks really good. I may invest in it. And yeah, I have the second one. I got it out of a bargain bin somewhere and only just now went "oh hey, maybe it's time I yanked that out and played a bit."

GOOD QUESTION. I think the best I got is the mod plurk said "soon," which does not help. I guess they can afford to take their time just a bit since Gamma's not slated to go live until July. Maybe it'll be after the poll for the docking event closes so they're not running two simultaneously. Or possibly after the next app cycle so the newest players can vote too, if they want.

It's seriously one of the best games I've ever been in. /suddenly random gushing.

Protip: Bioshock Infinite (the new one, just came out a week or so ago) comes with the original Bioshock on the disc if you're getting it on the PS3 (can't vouch for other consoles, but it's worth a look, if you're interested in getting 2 for 1.) They're both very good games. :) I've been gunning for Rapture since the first time it appeared on a poll in EV, I'm glad it's finally looking to win.

I wish I could afford that. Ill be waiting on a steam sale sometime next year though...

Well on a funny note Im actually apping this round I just happened to do my research about the game because I want to make sure I know what Im in for... though from everything I see it really is a pretty fantastic game with wonderful people, and Im excited to apply.

I hope soon really is soon. I've been considering apping into the game, but I'd really rather know what I'm getting into in terms of Gamma, since it's so close.

all the options have pretty expansive writeups on our ooc comm already. you can get a decent sense of what's going to happen from there. if you're talking about the actual poll, i hope it goes up pretty soon too, but i'd like it be open when people from this next app round get into the game so i don't mind waiting a bit.

I'm talking the actual poll. I've seen the write-ups, and yeah, they give a decent sense of what each particular setting would entail, but they're different enough from each other that a character that'd be really interesting to play in one might end up being really boring in another.
