pretty sure the character's supposed to be an over the top villain. i haven't seen him particularly trying to be cool or edgy. he comes off as a moron.

writing i'll give you, though.

idk it just comes across as pretentious and uninteresting

i read the entirety of his latest post and by the end of it i was so put off that i didn't want to tag him then or in future

it doesn't come across as funny or witty or purposefully over the top, it just comes across as dickwaving and boring. he's just a one-note villain character who's not even interesting as a character because he's a walking joke. i guess it's ymmv but that character type is the bane of my fucking existence even worse than flat as a board shonen protags.

okay, yeah. having just read that post, i see where you're coming from. maybe once he gets slapped down by another character it'll clear things up or at least be a little funnier.
