I'm sorry that you feel that way. However, those two sentences are as much time as I'm willing to spend on a comment where the only contribution to the discussion is an endless stream of hostility.

I have explained my reasoning behind not banning Ken. It's because nobody asked me to ban him in the two years I've been modding the community. Even the harassment case showed up because he started reporting people he harassed to me and I gave him a strike in response. I couldn't go further than that because nobody ever approached me said "I want Ken banned".

In retrospect, I fucked up majorly in that case. I really should have banned him on the spot, but I was incredibly angry at him and my worry that I might be banning him out of personal bias (reinforced by the fact that he did have friends who were TLH regulars at the time) kept me from going all the way. I didn't have any co-mods at the moment, so there was no one to push me into committing to the thought. But now I'm only a sub-mod and the final decision is out of my hands. The best I can do is explain why Ken wasn't banned back when it could have been my decision.
