TLH is an open DR; memes are memes. If you don't want to play with someone in either place then don't play with them!
There is no guarantee ever that the person you're threading with in TLH or in a meme is an ethical or morally upstanding person who doesn't have a history of doing all kinds of horrible things to people. You as a player must make the decision about who you play with and you must do so based on whatever factors you deem relevant.
If you want to do background checks on the people you thread smut with or dig up deets on their sexual past then that's down to you. It's not the place of the mods of a DR or a meme comm to vet your RP partners for you in advance. If that's not the kind of dynamic you want, then join a game with more restrictions in place.
