Really though, is there a place that would accept Sarif on the basis he has no history at all. His personality there, but the game and fluff far as I know doesn't go anywhere on his past.

OH GOD THE FRUITFLIES. Whenever I listen to that I just picture Sarif calling Adam in the middle of the night and him groggily nodding along.

As for Sarif's past, I do think you might be able to find a little bit if you dig through the eidosmontreal Tumblr, though I don't think they said very much and it was mostly in jest (such as, Sarif using botox, or him getting his arm augmented so he could play better baseball at the company matches...). I think most games would be pretty chill with accepting some headcanon, and really, there are characters being played which have much less to go by, I don't think you'll have any problems getting accepted anywhere. (Though in doubleleafs DA gallery is a short comic based on a good fic that goes a little bit into Sarif's background, and I think the author of that one also used a comment from the devs as a basis for it)

Anyway, I'd love to see Sarif in a game, wherever you may end up. Obviously though I'd especially love to see him at Exsilium because wow I always wanted to play off Sarif a because

It's an Illuminati ploy and he's just trying to warn Adam about it cause they're everywhere man.

There's enough to build something, but it's not the sort of background that explains why he's that way is my biggest concern. Ah yes, I've read both the fic and comic and it fits in very well with the scheme of things. He is trying to better humanity and having lost his limb makes more sense than augmenting all the things. Except the baseball bit.

Oh yeah, I can certainly understand that--Sarif's motivations sure are a big part of his character, he has really strong beliefs that must come from somewhere.

Seconding all of those suggestions and if I may make a recommendation for a game:

exsilium. I think it would be a fun place for Sarif with lots of opportunity for him to make interesting and varied CR (nevermind the very excellent Adam currently playing there, as above). There are only a few spots left open for this month, if not next month apps will be open again as they are every month.

I know it's not much but if you see any icons in this account that you like, feel free to use them!

My time is open enough I think if I jump to it. I'd like to see him mingling among people and potentially starting something (i'm under the impression he knows a thing or two about augs).

Thanks. Icons are a problem for me since I play on the console and stripping them from youtube isn't cracking up great quality.
