I'm back and the bare bones are coming together! I've got the main comm here

eternalcity, along with an associated OOC comm. I'll be tossing together basic rules (don't be a douchebag? stay IC? are these things?) and MAYBE a calender if I'm feeling ambitious, but I think I may need a co-mod or two before I get too deep in figuring out mechanics and all that. Someone good with coding would be awesome, but I'll be thrilled with any enthusiastic help.

I can help out with coding if you want! What do you need exactly? Calender or rules or how to navigation? Anything like that? Is there a certain style you'll like to see the coding have?

What needs doing is basically what anon #2 said: pretty-ing up all the navigation/info basics. As for having a certain style in mind, not really? Basic but classy, if that's a qualifier. I'll slap together a rules/FAQ so I have a better idea of what exactly I'm working with.
