TBH I'd think their stance would create a slippery-slope of an entirely different kind.
But I don't mind the idea of people abandoning the comm or the concept of any given comm burning to the ground so I don't really care which way it goes, whether it works, creates the slippery slope I'm mentioning or the decision is overturned.
