Somebody needs to learn this little thing called "patience". If this Ken guy is this terrible elsewhere, he's bound to slip up at TLH eventually and give the mod team a reason to ban him. As much as you seem to hate it (and I do, too, but I'm not on the mod team - I probably would ban him if I ran TLH, but I don't - and you don't either), you're just going to have to wait for inevitability to take its course.
