Following on from where the previous anon left off, there really isn't much Bobby-wise between Messiah Complex and Schism. He's around, sure, but most of his appearances aren't really about him. The biggest focus he got was a story in Nation X #2, which explains how he's responsible for the island's water supply and gives his perspective on things going on.

He's the one Hank unloads on in Uncanny #518-519 before quitting, which will at least give you some insight into his attitude about Utopia and Scott around that time. In #528 he's the one sent to LA to hire Kat Kildare to be the X-Men's PR manager, but Kat gets more of that scene than Bobby. He may have some face time in the First To Last story in Giant Size X-Men #1 and X-Men #12-15 as it involves flashbacks to an untold mission of the original team.

After that, he was present in Schism but I can't really remember how prominent he was (or really anyone other than Scott, Logan, and Idie, it's been a while) but he had a bigger role in the aftermath. In the Regenesis one-shot, he's the first one Logan goes to when he splits, but the last one to leave Utopia, which happens in Uncanny #544. He's been a staple of Wolverine and the X-Men since its launch, and most of his reactions to Avengers vs. X-Men happened in the tie-ins to that book. He's also been a regular part of the Astonishing X-Men team since its retooling with #48, but not in a particularly big way. He's not one of the big players yet in All New X-Men, but he's definitely been involved with the Westchester side of the story.
