We've got a general idea of who is still in the cast by the people that have been filming. Doesn't look like we're losing anybody else yet, Jackson and Erica aside.

It sucks additionally in the sense that it sort of makes their characters pointless from season 2 now.

Jackson's arc? Spent the whole season trying to save him and now he's gone.
Erica looked like she and Boyd were getting the start of an arc and now that's probably going to go.

The main bunch from season 1 plus Boyd have been filming though. Isaac is presumably sticking around since the script teaser had his scene in it.

Isaac will be there. Daniel was at the table read. Unless they decide to kill him off even though they mentioned him getting bumped up to main cast this season.

ugh no gross. I'm hoping Allison actually gets some flack for her behavior this season, and it'd be really dumb if Boyd, Erica and Isaac were suddenly "oh no you're cool! the attempted murder? nbd"

she should spend some time with other humans. maybe Stiles or Danny.

he and Scott seem to have bonded some last season, I wouldn't be too surprised if we didn't see more of him interacting with the core cast outside of Jackson before Colton takes his leave.

then again, I spent all of last season waiting for some deep dark secret about Danny's past to come out of the woodwork and tie all the loose plots together and that never happened, so. what the fuck do I know.

honestly I'm going to sit on my hands about the characters until I know what they're going to do with the plot. season 2 finale felt more like a mid-season wrap up, but now we're getting a jump in time before season 3? idek.

Nah, he's completely out. Jeff even said he's writing Jackson out in a way that'll let Colton come back if he decides to.

But, with him joining Arrow, he'll probably be signing one of those CW hell contracts that will mean he'll be on Arrow, Supernatural, The Vampire Diaries, and whatever else is on the CW and cycles through the same damn actors.

going to leave Lydia in a weird spot, though. 90% of her character growth last season had to do with Jackson.

mtv needs to learn that not everyone has to fall madly in love with their main couple. it's okay for other characters to dislike allison and scott, guys. seriously.
