This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. how much detail do they expect on the OC application? my personality section is pretty solid but i'm wondering how much world-building they want in the setting section.

Get a gander at my application if you'd like. I'd say go into broad strokes as much as you can and also give details that are relevant to where your character fits into things.

That is my advice anyways.

ME TOO! werewolves are basically my favorite supernatural creature! i'd love to play him off some other werewolves, too. if you see an OC werewolf coming in this round, that just might be me!

Look at apps that already got in, anon - they're all on the oc app page. (http://infovoid.dreamwidth.org/207001.html) Specifically look at later ones from after the new app mods came in - the last three rounds, so since October - because they're significantly tougher on apps in general and really old apps probably aren't a totally accurate indicator of what they're looking for now.

They ask for revisions on most OCs now instead of almost never like before, so it'd probably be a good idea to take a look at the revisions asked for and what the apper did that then got them accepted. Or look at the ones that have been accepted immediately (The Demon is actually one of my favourite characters in the game, and I'd recommend his as a good benchmark app) in the last three rounds.
