Problematic players aside, I've found that lastvoyages is astonishingly good for LCWs. When I played there, I played both Lone Canon Warriors and people in part of a big cast, and I liked it better for LCWs. You do get to keep powers and depending on the stuff, it can be kept (I'd advise talking to a mod/posting in the potential app thread though about the stuff.) Granted, it IS a bit on the large side compared to the other games mentioned, but it might work.
