Any general advice? She'll be Post-AC

Let's see....Yuffie is confident. To the point of over confidence, so she boasts about her abilities. And she doesn't think there's anything she can't do - so if there's an activity or something that she automatically isn't good at, she'll work at it hard.

She's also a bit of a spaz, but that doesn't mean she's bad at what she does. When she's focused on a goal, she can kick some serious ass. Being a ninja is her number one identifying trait (to herself anyway), so she is a good one, even if she manages to be clumsy and pretty silly most of the time. I think she's more likely to announce her presence in a loud manner rather than sneak around, unless she actually has to do spying type work for Reeve.

Depending on the mood and the setting, she can be easily distracted. If she's just chilling out in Edge with her friends, her guard is down and she isn't all HEIGHTENED SENSES MUST DO BATTLE.

I would highly suggest reading through Case of Yuffie just to get a sense of what's going on in Wutai during AC. Her village blames her for Geostigma, and she's treated somewhat like a pariah, which would really sit wrong with her. She loves her town, she's loyal to it, and it was like a betrayal. She saves the world, comes back to a home that's ready to make her the scapegoat.

Her obsession with materia is something to address. She still thinks it's a cure all for everything. I don't think that will ever fully go away for her. She grew up obsessed with it, and during FFVII she's kind of a brat about it. It's not as bad as it used to be, but her first instinct in an unsolvable situation might be "There's probably a materia for that!"

She can be a little annoying, and I'm sure she'll rub certain kinds of characters the wrong one. She's loud, abrasive, borderline rude, but as she's grown she's tapered down on that a lot. So she isn't as annoying as she was in game, mostly because she's in her late teens now. Everyone's annoying at 16 - but at 18/19 she's calmed down on it a lot. She doesn't pick up subtle cues very well, since she isn't overly subtle herself.
