The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. it certainly isn't dead, but a lot of people are going to avoid in like the plague now. i wouldn't be surprised if it actually did die out a bit within the next few months.

Prospective player here. The setting's interesting, but I want to wait til the next app cycle to make sure everything's calmed down.

no, i'm gauging to see if it's worth applying. i don't mind out of line mods as long as i can have fun personally, but if the game is just going to die, i don't think it's worth it.

I give it a month or two before everyone but the mod's friends drop.

It's still around?

I'm pretty sure it'll last longer than that. I know the mods have made some screw ups and some people have reacted stupidly to those screwups, but the game is still big and predicting that it'll die from these alone is pretty silly.

Maybe an app cycle or two from now and the mods don't keep their word of apology, then I'll agree that it's tanking. Right now, I don't see any reason to be making arbitrary guesses.

If you're only interested in joining a fun game and only worried about it dying, I say join, because right now there's nothing indicating that it's dying. There are lots of players and characters and tagging--most of which is going on in the huge introposts at the moment.

People have just been blowing crap out of proportion and the sudden quietness on Anoncomm's been seen as a bad sign, when it means nothing.
