rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

is there anything specific you'd say to a potential new applicant? like pros and cons of the game that you've noticed? are you happy with the game, is there something you'd change? would you rec it or are you feeling "eh" about it?

There are a lot of fun people to play with and the plots are pretty fun. The mods seem to be pretty slow on a lot of things, though, like housing assignments and applications. I'm hoping that's just because of new, unexpectedly large game + the whole DW moving thing, though.

I'd rec the game, overall, with warnings about mod slowness.

Feeling "eh" about it in terms of plot and mods. Still waiting for Norse Mythology to happen. Happy with the people I play with I guess.

+1. Feel like a lot of characters are going to waste at the moment, the RP could be so much more fun if there were a bit more plotty things going on, but for now I feel ambivalent on the game. Like my CR though.

I think they've overloaded themselves on doing fun events and need to plan out some things better. If you have only one mod in charge of something you should have a backup plan when family emergency/illness/other rl jabs through because it will. Either have an "understudy" for each god character or don't put only one god character in charge of something in the first place.

However, I am having fun with the game and I think they've put a lot of work into it.
