Yeah, but she's an awful Lily who is just plain boring. I don't follow her here, but I've seen her in other places. It isn't like she's active anyway, so she won't do anything about this.

Tone and situation has a lot to do with how crit is received. If you're polite and upfront, there should be no problem.
