I always want to crit Dalrint and then just... Don't because he flips the fuck out and never takes it into consideration anyway.

there's no point. i remember the crit he was given for mystique and he completely disregarded all of it. either he lies and says he'll work on it and then doesn't, or calls it a personal attack and does nothing.

he's just a poor writer and terrible at handling any sort of constructive crit and there's nothing we can really do about it.

I feel bad saying this, because I like him, but you're right. He doesn't take criticism well sometimes, and overall nothing has really changed with his playing. I get the impression that he's at least thinking about his girls and the directions he takes them in, but I think the issue is in the execution. He says he is doing such and such and making X changes, but it never really shows in his playing.

And before someone tells me to go to his hmd, I have on multiple occasions, both the game wide one and his personal one. This problem seems to be one he is unable to fix.

His reaction when someone crited Laura was ridiculous. And I saw the crit--it was polite, well thought out and with examples from canon. He flat out rejected it and whined to plurk.

That's true. He reacted very poorly to that. But I think he's been more or less polite in the game wide hmds, unless I missed something. I haven't seen any other bad reactions since the Laura crit. I could be wrong though.

i fucking remember that. he started accusing people with no proof at all. it's was the most disgusting display i've ever seen in my life.

pretty sure he removed someone because he thought they were critting him and trying to "bully him out of the game" just because they played laura somewhere else

He went on a similar tirade when someone made a secret about him. Watching him flinging accusations around was honestly pretty upsetting.

I remember it being other people going into his plurk making accusations about who made the secret, not him doing it himself.

The whole situation was a shitstorm though.

no, he was the one who started the accusation game by saying things like "i know who posted it" and playing coy when his friends started throwing out names. and then when they settled on one he joined right in until it hit anoncomm and then he started backpedaling.

While I don't agree with how he handled the situation at all, I'm not sure why it's necessary to call him names. He made a mistake. We all make mistakes sometimes. And he seemed apologetic toward the end.

He didn't seem all that apologetic to me. He basically accused Yami of trying to victimize him for calling him on his shit.
