I dunno about full quadrants... And it wasn't in a game, but I've done it before with mostly her just being a possessive bitch that was playing around with him. She didn't see him as worthy of being in any of her quadrants, but she did like the concept of "owning" him like property and treating him as a toy.

Psiioniic, on the other hand, was slightly black for her. The way we'd spun it (since we don't get much details on what his use as an engine exactly entailed) was that, yeah, she tortured him and killed/enslaved all of his friends, but she broke him, and basically while powering the ship all of his senses were shut off or just overwhelmed with extreme pain. The times she'd let him out to "play" were demeaning and he never forgave her, but they were also the only time in these thousands of years (or however long it was) that he got to feel anything other than searing pain.

On top of that, she's not just a huge bitch that uses him like hardware. She's the leader of the trolls, who in turn appear to rule almost the entire known universe. They tried to rebel, and she showed them it was useless. Psiioniic knew better than anyone just how powerful and godlike she could be. Resistance is futile and his sanity is already barely holding on by a thread...

I'm not nearly educated enough to make a solid comparison to Stockholm Syndrome, but I guess that's kind of what Psiioniic's angle would be, and Condesce's would just be that he's her favorite toy.

This is where things get muddy.

Stuff like this is up completely to the players and headcanon, so taking things only from the narrative that we've been given, the attraction from the Psiioniic's side is not there. And also, with all of that conditioning, and the extreme power imbalance, it would not be overreacting to call a relationship like this rape.

So yes, I would suggest avoiding it in a game because that kind of thing can be crazy triggering to a lot of people, or just make cast/gamemates uncomfortable.
