Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

We have the best Karkat I have ever seen.

This plus a fucking million. Made me love the character so much I had to read Homestuck myself and now I'm one of those woefully obsessed artists who clog up people's dashes and plurk timelines with occasional feelings dumps.

No other Karkat I've ever seen (and I trawl around a bunch looking for casts to stalk) has ever come close. She barely regurgitates canon phrases at all, and yet somehow every line whether it's funny or sad or memo-esque sounds like it could come from the comic. Just part you haven't read yet, making it that much better imo. Fresh while still sounding SO damn right.

Even after all the character development he's been through, he still sounds like the Karkat from the beginning I knew without changing unrealistically. That is an amazing feat and I salute her for that.

100% agreement. She is such a great Karkat and a wonderful person too.

Ugh you guys, thank you so much! Every time I start to wonder if I'm steering him too far off course into unfunny wangstland, you do something like this and I remember why I like playing with you all so much. :D
