Say, if I wanted to play Anne Hathaway from Princess Diaries/Enchanted, is it in bad form to use icons of her from Batman? Not the ones with her in costume, obviously.

I want to play this character from a somewhat obscure movie, and she has literally zero icons from the move available. There are, however, plenty of icons from another movie... except there's a huge difference in costume for Icons-That-Includes-Things-Below-The-Neck.

insanejournal's down right now so i can't vouch for quality but google informs me that fate_icons, robins, cassiejayicons, and verve have princess diaries icons; realgirl, hotdamn_icons, and apirateslife have ella enchanted icons; and winchesterway and grimm have both

you almost had my hopes up, i quite liked the ella enchanted film :( preferred the princess diaries books over the films, though...

but yeah, ij is a pretty good source for live action icons if your canon doesn't have much of a fandom on lj. wikicon's memories and googling site:insanejournal.com "actor name" "canon name" are the best ways to find a particular actor/role.
