Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.

Temporary Change
: To reduce the strain on Dreamwidth's servers new entries will go up when a post reaches 2,000 - 2,500 comments. "One of our biggest load problems is entries that have a high number of comments -- loading those entries causes a big hit -- and we've been seeing an increase in the number of entries with lots of comments lately. If even a few high-traffic journals or communities started opening new posts when comments reached 2000 or 2500 instead of letting the post run until it hit the maximum number of comments, it would definitely help." - DW_News

They might favor those same people because they've proved themselves to be responsible in running a plot. Not for nothing, but when you're looking at running a plot or event, you want someone who you know will post things on time. Especially when it involves something big like a system move, or network change.

Personally speaking, I have notice favoritism, but I've never ever had a problem getting involved in player plots/mod plots if I've expressed interest. It seems like a lot of times people don't like the way a plot is running, or wanted their particular character involved and never actually express it to the mods or the people running the plot. I can't say if that's true for everyone, but like I say, my experience with plots at CnC has been overwhelmingly positive, so...

And as far as Theo goes, I was under the impression that her involvement was mainly due to willingness, and also that Ghost had CR with that particular NPC over the summer, since this is kind of an evolution of that modplot.
