Though Walk is an amazing RPer and really nice OOC, I feel that his RPing has become too focused on relationships. All he seems to care about is hooking his characters up with someone. I’m not saying he’s doing it in an OOC way. I barely know the canon so I can’t really say if he’s being OOC or not, but all I see him really doing is getting his characters into relationships.
I know relationships are fun and all, but if that’s all you’re doing, then what’s the point in being in the game? If you’re only going to RP with one person, then you can take it to a musebox.
Again, I have nothing against him, nothing against his playing, just what he’s focusing on right now. And when he does tag out, it doesn’t feel like there is any feeling behind it. It feels like he’s just doing it for AC and then going back to hooking up his characters.
I miss the old Walk that didn’t care about his characters being in relationships. He was fun to tag back then and more open to CR. Now he just feels closed off and unapproachable. I miss the old Walk.

Do you mind if I disagree with you? The "old walk" is still here. I'm sorry if you feel that I've become too focused on relationships, and I'm sure it can seem that way sometimes with Xion. I've been fairly inactive with her lately, and a good chunk of her recent activity has definitely come from her CR with Accelerator. I'm not going to lie that playing out a relationship and the buildup towards it is something I really enjoy, and I probably tend to seem a bit more emphatic about that than most other things, but that doesn't mean I don't care. If I could spaz out about seemingly mundane threads like Xion asking Hope what a boomerang is or learning about foul language from Emilia and not seem like a weirdo, I would. There also is more going on with her character than just this relationship, as after being tortured by Kakine during Master/Slave week, she's struggling with figuring out if it's okay to kill people if they're truly evil, and I think it's a big point in the development of her character.

If I'm tagging you, it's because I like our CR and I love playing at Facility with everyone. But I just don't feel like "hooking her up with someone" is the only thing I'm invested in. Even now with Accelerator, it's not too different than when she was "with" Tamaki. The only thing that has changed is my activity, which is due largely in part to me trying to focus on building CR with Rita. (Who I've been doing a whole lot with and definitely not focusing on hooking up with anyone. It would honestly confuse the heck out of me if you thought so.) I'm going to do my best to get more active with Xion in coming weeks, and I hope we can have some great threads in the future, anon!

I'm sorry if I don't feel as approachable as I used to or if something I did or have said put you off. I encourage anyone and everyone to come hit me up on aim or plurk if you want to talk or plot stuf out, I'm definitely still open to all of that and have always been! Thanks for reading.
