I looked it over to see if there was anything the mods could turn her away over. Hoping she'll at least get asked for revisions over the fact she has listed absolutely no weaknesses in the strengths/abilities/weaknesses section.

I wish they'd get nitpicky on her fail first person sample since it doesn't work with how the comm devices work from the first jump but I know that's reaching. It doesn't say much good about her patterns having changed re: her habitual refusal to read world info and attempts of just try and take over and do whatever the hell she feels like, but it's not a reason to deny her app. Unfortunately.

Nice to see Tifa still needs Buffy to be the most powerful around. God tier strength is a stretch, but that's her mo.

If the Mighty Goddamn Thor got power nerfs, you can bet your ass Buffy will the way she's described in this app.

I'm no Whedonite, never really tuned into Buffy. Is there anything there that's completely wrong and out of place?

There is no way Buffy is below God tier, considering she fights a god and that god kicks her ass. I don't recall ever seeing Buffy sensing demons and vampires, considering she didn't know Angel was one at first. Buffy does not have a spidey-sense.

She keeps referencing things from way later in Buffy's canon, but she's only apping her from season five, so that makes no sense at all as those events would be applying to season five Buffy.

she seems to be using movie canon as if it all applies to the show as well, which might be where the spidey sense thing comes from.

i'm also not happy to see her bring the troll hammer especially when she made it clear that only buffy~ should be able to wield it. such classic tifa bullshit.

Buffy does have a spidey sense, she's just not very good at it. It was presented way back in the pilot episode, where Giles says to her in the Bronze that she should be able to sense vampires just by looking at them, but she can't, which is why she needs training.

Joss said in the commentary that he intended for it to be a bigger thing, but he never ended up really using it again. I can't remember if it ever shows up after that, but I don't think so. So yes, all Slayers theoretically have one, but it's not instinctive and Buffy doesn't know how to use it.
