you think it's really something that someone would suffer big consequences for?

i'm asking in all seriousness, i wasn't able to be around for most of this plot but for the most part it seems like people just being silly, i don't see how most people would be anything but irritated or amused, unless someone's singing caused a 20 car pile up and a few deaths that i missed

i dont think the consequences need to be big but she should catch some flak

community service for "being magically obnoxious" is actually a pretty amusing plot idea

whoever these people are, they are incredibly anal. it sounds like they can't control [x,y,z] in their lives so they have to try to control it in rp.

looks more like people want ica=icc instead of people skirting around them

How exactly would you recommend they hold her accountable? Even if you could prove it was her magic that caused it, I'm not sure what "crime" she could be charged with. Nobody has been hurt, and it's not like "magical tomfoolery" is in the penal code.

I'm not asking this to be argumentative, exactly, because I do think the idea of consequences for destructive magical shenanigans could be a good and interesting plot idea. I just have no idea how it could be applied in this case.

Hello!! Give me some suggestions and I'm all over this! I'm not sure what she could do other than publicly apologize, but I feel like it'll just be Doctor Strange + Pigeons 2.0.

As a side-note, yes, yes she is a powerful godmode character! Which is why I avoid slamming into events/battles with her and any event that she's caused have all been optional. I have a plot post for this very reason, in case someone wants her to take the fall for their character or to help create a plot that otherwise wouldn't be able to be made.

In canon, she will often do really dumb things with her abilities while simultaneously trying to be responsible and not do stupid things. I could tl;dr about this and my thoughts on it forever, so I'm going to stop here. Basically, she contradicts herself a lot and I don't think it's necessarily an issue with writers.

But anyway, the event was suggested by Yami and several people had expressed wanting a musical plot, so I just said "yes," to it. Since it was optional, I didn't think anyone that didn't want to participate would.

The initial idea was that GA wouldn't stop belting out terrible songs in the early morning hours; I had been busy and forgotten about her birthday being the evening before. Imagine having to listen to Ollie with any semblance of a hangover and if you could use magic, you'd say something backwards, too. Zatanna most likely would not flat-out admit that she was the cause of this whole debacle, but if anyone has a character that uses magic or would be able to figure out it was her, please contact me and feel free to call her out on it.
