This is something I could definitely use tips for, I have a friend willing to do lists and such, but they have no interest in being a mod when it comes to player disputes and plotting which, of course, is fine. No one should take on more work than they feel they can handle.

But that includes me, I'd like to have back-up in case work or RL stick me in slow mode.
