baldur's gate 3, ff14, ff7r are all very active with tons of content. bg3 will drop off at some point since they released the final patch a month or so ago, but as of right now it's still big and it'll probably stay that way for a while partly due to the length/replay value of the game and partly due to the nature of d&d (and mods)
