I use leechblock like above anon mentioned

if you're like me and tend to impulsively turn the block back off because you reaaaaally want to look at something, you can have a password set to keep you from messing with the options so quickly

I set it to something that when entering reminds me why I have the block on in the first place, so I'm a lot less inclined to do it.
