i mean i'll admit maybe i'm just an old codger who's been here and around on the internet for too long but my impression has always been that anon communities (for all hobbies and subject matters) are and always have been full of bored people looking to chat and complain and easily devolve into trolls hurling slurs left and right without sufficient moderation. rpanons is a positive delight (yes even with the recent spate of complaints and crossover talk about wg) in comparison to a lot of other places, so are we getting new people who come from. idk much more well mannered communities or young people who aren't familiar with anoncomm cultures at all or what?
