I'd add Abed and Troy, but only if they're together. Community had the zombie episode with an actual zombie disease, even if it was contained and then cured (and then the army used amnesia gas on everyone).

Annie got bit but only because of Chang's incompetence in throwing a skate at the window, Abed only got bit saving Troy after Jeff opened a door he shouldn't have in the basement, and Troy fully escaped but got bit when he went back in to turn the thermostat down so the cold would bring everyone's fevers down.

Annie, Troy, and Abed, would've been fine if not for the incompetence/arrogance of others. Canonically, they could probably make it if they got away from their friends alive.
