Ahegao as a replacement for a death mechanic could be a fun way to allow pseudo-death plots while keeping things light-hearted and sex focused! It could also be something done in degrees - with mild ahegao putting a character briefly out of commission, and intense or repeated ahegao potentially leading to the 'permanently mind-broken by sex' 'death' mechanic.

I do like the idea of such factions, too...but there'll have to be a balance there to ensure players only interact with them if they want to, so that they can indulge in the kink of kidnapping/breeding/mind-break and/or rescue and hurt-comfort sexing without making the game tilt toward horror or dark themes overall.

This game will probably need some mandatory permissions/opt out posts so everyone can make sure they can only engage in the stuff they enjoy...
