outside opinion: If you set a minimum, you have set that as a bar. That is what passes AC, which effectively *is* the AC. If you want people to do more, then you have to raise the AC. Asking for someone to read what you mean by a vague phrase is unfair to the player base. If you say the minimum is 30 and I do 30 that's meeting it. If I do 31 then I have done more than the minimum. I have no idea what your expectation is because 'don't do just the minimum' is nonquantitative. Your expectations need to be easy to understand.
