I don't post to every CR meme, just once or twice a year. With the CR meme I usually comment out to newbies/anyone I want to follow up on plans or plots with. I try to hit ooc intro posts for newbies too, but at the least I'll add them onto plurk and hit their IC posts or top levels in game even if I don't greet them oocly
