i'm a cis bi woman and i've been misgendered a lot. it doesn't make me rage out or anything, but i'm a tall, large breasted, long haired person that gets addressed as 'sir' from behind a lot because i wear baseball hats and jeans. my dress style, preference, and overall demeanor has had more than one 'are you sure you're a girl?' tossed at me. being a tomboy or not being girly girl doesn't negate that i'm female. i'm not trans because i have masculine tendencies.
(not saying that that's not how some transgenders come to that discovery or that it's not legit, but it's awfully demeaning to be told you must be a guy or 'you were born in the wrong body, even with tits like that' because you're not feminine enough. enough for who?)
