this is a great comment. i find i have the most success when i just wing it and okay, like, the bare minimum with my partners to make sure neither of us hits on a trigger or takes it in a direction we won't enjoy. obviously this might not work for really charged or complex threads with partners that are new to you, but i think pitching a barebones idea and seeing where it takes you with your friends might work out better than hashing things out in detail over plurk threads. signed, a person whose rp life improved immensely after quitting plurk (but different strokes for different folks, of course).
