You went to visit a friend you hadn't seen for quite some time. You were having so much fun, you lost track of time and when you finally leave it's late. You've walked the route in the dark before and this will be no different, you think to yourself as you walk into the night. You move from streetlight to streetlight at a steady pace until you hear the plink-plink of the bulb ahead struggling, on and off, on and off, light and dark.

When the light remains on, just beyond it you can see a silhouette of a stocky hunched over figure. They extend a pair of gnarled, pitch black hands into the circle of light, balled into fists. The shadowy figure inclines its head one way and then the other, perhaps indicating you should pick one.
