only when the player attempts to overtake my attempts to make cr with others or feels weirdly possessive/entitled to my time for cr. if they barge into my plurks where i'm trying to do plotting with another player only for them to go 'OH BTW [CHARACTER] WOULD BE PERFECT FOR THIS' or 'HAHAHA OH MAN [CHARACTER] WOULD REACT LIKE THIS AND THIS ETC' that's when i try to disengage.

had too many run-ins with people who act like that where it never ends well.

I always love seeing people's theories about game plot and reading quest logs. I also like the mod tea time, even though I missed it this go.

I will happily gush and gush about my cr until the cows come home, but in the relevant spaces for it. Also if I meet a player and they only want to talk about their cr or give off an obviously jealous vibe ala "how dare this player try to horn in on cr with my bae" for no good reason (not a wanker, etc) then I'll back the hell off. Way too many times I've been an idiot and thought they wouldn't pull that shit with me if I set boundaries, but nope.
